Too low Internet speed than the contract

Hello Team,

 

I am facing a significant drop in my internet speed. My contract is 100Mbps and I'm getting around 15-20 Mbps. Please troubleshoot the issue ASAP.

 

My contract details are:

Did you made the speedtest in LAN?

I did a speed test on wifi connection which I usually do.

Do a test in LAN

Then we know if its a problem with your connection in general or wifi specific.
