Good afternoon,

today i have no internet, and i'm using now my 4G mobile;

i have went to the vodafone store to verify my new contract the 24 of january which have been cancelled.

No new router has been send and i needed to send the old one before the 22 of february.

I'm working from home tonight and i cannot do it, so i need to drive 100 KM

I'm out of the country one week and coming back working directly with no internet.

Thank you for canceling my internet and  showing me that you are talking with each other in VODAFONE.

Good afternoon Moni,

 

The new router is on now, I can access it as admin, the old router has been shipped back today. 

One last thing,  I would like to disable the hot spot and activate the Vodafone router on bridge mode as I have my own router ( it has set like this on my old 4 year configuration).

It seem that i have now two customer numbers:

old one : ***891050
new one : ***305588

Yesterday , i have plugged the new router, at 06H00 the router rebooter twice

i cannot connect the admin webconfig using the passowrd on the box :

Invalid username or password.

it is a Technicolor CGA4233DE

Firmware version: 19.3B57-1.0.41


I need a proper internet ,otherwise i have top go to the office !!!

The technician has arrived today, a filter was installed. 

 

I still not having access as administrator to the router even using the password in the back sticker. 

 

I still not have been charged to the Internet service for January and now February.

Hi madmax18,

 

had you changed the password? If not, try resetting the router. You can do this via the small opening on the back. Go in there with a pointed object and press until the router restarts.

 

The contract is not charged for the first 6 months.

Hi Thomas,

I didn't have the chance to change the password, 

I'm using the password on the box and the sticker on the back of the router but still saying user or password incorrect. 

I have pushed the reset button for 30 s until all the light have gone, still no luck.

I cannot access the router on http://192.168.0.1.
