today i have no internet, and i'm using now my 4G mobile;
i have went to the vodafone store to verify my new contract the 24 of january which have been cancelled.
No new router has been send and i needed to send the old one before the 22 of february.
I'm working from home tonight and i cannot do it, so i need to drive 100 KM
I'm out of the country one week and coming back working directly with no internet.

I have tried , I still don't have access:
Username or password incorrect
The user name I cannot change(admin)
The password is the default one( from the sticker on the back of the router).

Sorry for the late reply, I have respected the lower and upper case and still not working.
Could you please proceed to send a new router .
One important question : do my actual router still work until a receive the new router?
if not ,please let me know as I'm working from home.

the old router will work until the new one is connected. This makes the transition seamless.
I have set the swap for you and the new router will come in the mail. Once it arrives, please send us the old device back free of charge.

The new router is on now, I can access it as admin, the old router has been shipped back today.
One last thing, I would like to disable the hot spot and activate the Vodafone router on bridge mode as I have my own router ( it has set like this on my old 4 year configuration).
