Hi,
Sorry, that my German is not very good to explain the problem I am having currently. So I must write describe in English.
I moved to a new flat in the mid of April. I have asked for special termination because the existing Vodafone internet does not work in the new flat. However, the contract is not terminated and the costs are being taken away although I cannot use the service.
I have confirmed the connection is not possible in my new flat from the Vodafone shop nearby. The person told me the fast line connection is not possible. He said some technical persons would need to visit the new flat and install the fast line. Also, my new landlord has confirmed that the quick line is not installed in the house and he does not want extra lines to be installed. I do not know why but you are charging me the costs and taking away the money for May and June. I guess it will also be charged for July.
I want all of the costs that have been paid to be refunded since May and I want the contract to be terminated immediately since the contracted service is not available anymore.
