There is no seperate notification, the only notification is in the order confirmation. This is no life chat, it will last a few days until a mod can manage this for you. Unless you have not enough time use the social media support or the hotline (in german).

What do you mean by order confirmation? I saw other posts here that they received an email notification on the 6th month. I was also told before I got the contract that there would be a notification on the 6th month.
Also, I am still studying German and had a hard time talking to customer support that's why they told me to go to this forum for English support.
