Tariff Change After 6 Months

According to my contract, I have the option to change tariff after the 6th month.

"Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable: Price 1st to 6th month only 19.99 euros, download up to 1000 Mbit / s and upload up to 50 Mbit / s. 12 weeks' notice at the end of the minimum contract period of 24 months. You can Change to the following Red Internet & Phone Cable tariffs free of charge by the end of the 6th month: 500 for € 44.99 / month, 250 for € 39.99 / month or 50 for € 29.99 / month . Your minimum contract term does not change. "

How do I do that? I did not get any notification to change it and I am already in my 7th month.

There is no seperate notification, the only notification is in the order confirmation. This is no life chat, it will last a few days until a mod can manage this for you. Unless you have not enough time use the social media support or the hotline (in german).

What do you mean by order confirmation? I saw other posts here that they received an email notification on the 6th month. I was also told before I got the contract that there would be a notification on the 6th month.

Also, I am still studying German and had a hard time talking to customer support that's why they told me to go to this forum for English support.
