Dear all,
I have canceled my contract *** based on the cancellation process months ago and returned my router end of June but I am still being invoiced for the contract. Can you please check this issue?

If you cancelled your contract because of a move to an address, where the contractually agreed services cannot be granted, you have to pay for 3 additional months from the day you left -or- the day you notified Vodafone. Given you left Germany end of June and your notification was sent at the same time, then you'd have to pay for at least July, August and September in accordance to the telecommunications act.
If you just cancelled the contract but without any special right to prematurely cancel the contract, your contract will run until the end of the contractual term as agreed upon - no matter if you return rental devices earlier.

Have you also passed over any proof of relocation / deregistration?
Otherwise your cancellation will become active at the end of the contractual term, if you handed in your cancellation within the given notice period. If you were short on time with your cancellation request, then your contract will have already auto-extended for another year, thus the cancellation will become effective after that period also passed on.
Just sending back the router doesn't mean anything.
