I have tried to cancel my Vodafone DSL contract for 1 week now. (I am within the 14 day limit)

I have tried:

Calling 3 different customer service numbers and been redirected or cut off each time

Emailed kundenservice@vodafone.com, kontakt@vodafone.com, kabel-wiederruf@vodafone.com

I have tried to cancel on the website and was given a 500 server error when attempting.

I have tried submitting the cancellation form on the webiste but it asks for a teilkennenwordt that is supposed to be on the contract I received but it is not on the paper.

I have DHL returned the device and sent proof through to kabel-wiederruf@vodafone.com

 

After all of this I still have no confirmation whether it is being cancelled or not. 

Can someone pleasee assist me with a way forward?

The cancellation period begins with receipt of the cancellation policy, not with receipt of the router. Usually they already exist with the order summary.
Or did you complete the job in a shop? Because there is no right of withdrawal.
What technology are we talking about here? DSL over the telephone line or cable internet over the TV cable? These are different companies under the brand Vodafone, which also have different cancellation / revocation addresses. And which federal state do you live in?
