Status of my CableMax order

Hello,

I have ordered Vodafone CableMax 1000 10 days ago then I got an e-mail from Vodafone which describes my order and accourding to the e-mail, Vodafone should send a confirmation mail in 2-3 days but after 10 days I didn't still get this email and I am wondering about the status of this order. Can someone help to me with this issue ?
