I do not know whom else I can contact regarding this matter. I am trying for fifteen days to have cable internet and tv from your company. I have been in three of your shops and contacted your customer service for numerous times but without success. Now when I log in into my account I see four contacts which is ridiculous.
A couple days ago I have finally received package from Vodafone but only the Giga TV Cable Box (small one, not as one listed on your web page) but not a cable router. I am trying for days to deal this problem with your customer service and in your Vodafone shops but unfortunatelly for me without any luck or progress for me.
I would kindly ask you to ship me the right equipment and to cancel three of four contracts listed under my orders because this is taking far too long.

Just to make one thing clear: If you signed for multiple contracts in each of the shops, you are bound to them until their contractual term runs out as there is no withdrawal right for contracts that are made in a shop.
