Hello,
I have ordered a Vodafone Kable internet, which comes with a router. The problem is that the router was sent to the wrong address. I live in Hamburg, but the router is sent to somewhere in Berlin. Neither I ever lived in Berlin, nor I entered that address anywhere in the forms. I have contacted customer service, but they redirected me here to "contact English speaking colleagues". I would appreciate if you could help me to solve this issue.

How do you know that the router goes to Berlin? Do you already have some contract details?
