Relocation with internet contract, cannot speak German

I am recently relocating within the same city and I want to transfer the internet contract from the old to the new flat.

 

The website told me to call the customer service but when I called them, there were automatic messages in German which I don't speak, then somebody picked up the phone call on the other side and talk to me in German. I tried to ask if she can speak English but she still speak German, I don't understand what she said but I guess she doesn't speak English anyway. I understand it is Germany, but as a foreigner, it is so difficult to deal with these. English is not my first language either but it is an international language that many people can speak.

 

Then I went to the Vodafone store in the city center, the staff in the store called the customer services and they told me it should work. Then when I went back home it still did not work, and I found that the website said my contract was canceled (I have to log in to the website in my office) and I should return the router. I had no idea what's going on and went to the Vodafone store again, the staff told me it should work and he refused to see the information listed on the website saying the contract is canceled. He just told me it is normal to wait one day. Now two days have passed and the internet still does not work and I don't know what to do about it. The website still says the contract is canceled. I have no idea what's going on.

 

Can anybody help me with this?
