Currently, I am using Vodafone 1000Mbps for the first 6 months and I would downgrade it after 6 months to 100 Mbps. Could you please let me know how I can request this? Is there any email address that I can send my request to?

you can cancel the security package via the contact form in the customer portal if you do not need it. It is not mandatory for the contract.
