Dear Community Member,
I ordered a new cable connection to my new address, and I will be moving to the new address only on May 1, 2023. I received an SMS notification from Vodafone saying my new service will be activated today. Is there a way this activation can postpone until 1st of May?
I could not find a way to provide the start date anywhere in the portal. I don't want to pay unnecessarily for the 5 days of service that I won't be able to use.
