Hello,
I am Biagio, I recently started a DSL contract with Vodafone, I want to add my contract into my account, but it's requiring me the Online registration code, and I don't know where to find it, I didn't receive anything after submitting my contract. My Costumer number is: ***.

With VFD / ex-KDG, the welcome letter is always sent with the router in the package. Did a technician set up the connection for you and bring the router with him? Then you should have received the welcome letter by email.
Also have a look in the spam folder.

You post on the cable board, but write about a DSL contract. What kind of contract do you have now (exact name of the tariff) and which federal state are you from?

No, with the tariff you are on the right board. You do not use DSL (over the telephone line), but a cable Internet tariff over the TV cable network.
So you have to add your contract as a cable contract to MeinVodafone, for this you then need the activation code from your welcome letter.

Please note that since August 15th, 2022 direct support is no longer possible. It is best to read this article. If I were you, I would try Facebook or Twitter (now named X). There you’ll get support even in english.
