Hello,
I am a new customer and ordered a cable internet. I have setup the cable modem and connected the cable to the corresponding port. Since I have been waiting for hours, the Internet LED is still blinking red. And when I check the internet, there is no connection. The WLAN and Power Led is white and continous. I have tried to find someone that speak English in the customer service but I couldn't find any...

if you can't find someone who speaks english at the service, maybe you could ask a friend...
Please tell the hotline, that "selfinstall failed". A technician has to visit you, because there is a technical problem.

For support in English use WhatsApp. From the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. After that it can take some time to receive a response, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.

And just as a reminder:
Vodafone neither advertises English support nor does your contract include any English support at all - support is only provided in the contractually agreed language, i.e. German, and support in other languages, also including English, may only be provided on an as-is basis but there is no contractual obligation to provide it at all.
So in case you cannot get through, you will need to get a translator on your own expenses...
