New Contract Setup

Good morning,

 

I moved to germany some weeks ago and started a contract with Vodafone (250 Kable). I'm not able to speak german yet, and as such, I try to contact the Vodafone support here.

I received my router yesterday, connected it to the line and after some time got internet connection.

Problem is, I'm getting less than 1Mbps of speed.. I was never able to get more that that since setting up the connection. It's completly unusable at this type of speeds.

How can the problem be solved?

It seems, your contract is not activated yet. There should be a date on your mail when activation will be done.

If your contract should be activated asap please use facebook or twitter. English support is availible.
