Network disappeared after disruption problem

There were a disruption on the area (Vodafone claim that) and after fixed my network vanished from the list of networks available, called to schedule a technician several times and they deny it to me. If not fixed until today (07-jun-23), please, cancel the service so I don't pay for something that is not even working.
