Need help in english

So i had contract for 2 years cable internet. It ended on 31 march. I got no internet so i called costumer support where i was told my contract expired so i got new one. They told ill get new router. ( Idk why bcs i have old one) internet havent showed up, i havent got any email about information when ill get the new magical router that suddenly will start work. Any idea where i should call (i speak really bad in german) to get this issue sorted out ?
