Hello Vodafone team,
I tried to reach via email but it did not work. I was looking to upgrade my current vodafone kabel contract but found out that it says that the contract has been ended in My Vodafone account. But my contract was supposed to be running till 10.2023 and even I recieved the rechnung for July where the contract ending date is 10.2023.
Could you please have a look into the issue? Thank you

I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
