Moving to new house Ludwigshafen (within same city)

Dear Team,

Hope you are doing good.

From 24th June 2022 we are moving to new residence from current residence and would like to check with you whether it cost anything? Because in new residence they told already socket connection avilable for cable router and they told me that its simply moving my router from current residence to new residence and nothing else needed as already vodafone exists there. Kindly check address and let me know whether i can simply move to make it work or how to proceed. Please assist me.

You have to report your move.

Then it will be checked if your connection is possible at the new location.

There is a fee of 39,99 for the move.
