Hello, I am a new customer. My german is not so good. My apartment has a 2 hole socket and I did not receive my multimedia socket adapter. I tried to contact support, they said they would transfer it to someone who can speak English, but I have not received any calls ever since. Is there any other way I can reach out to customer support and get this resolved. A mail or something.
