Liebe Vodafone,
Ich habe Sie nicht aufgefordert, den Vertrag vor Ablauf der Mindestlaufzeit zu kündigen.
Ich habe Sie gebeten, meinen Vertrag bis zum 22. April 2021 zu kündigen, was ein gültiges Kündigungsdatum mehr als 3 Monate im Voraus ist
Vertragslaufzeit, die im August 2021 ist. Die beigefügten Nachweise finden Sie in 5 E-Mails, die ich Ihnen bereits zugesandt habe. Sie können es auch in der E-Mail-Kette sehen.
Heute bin ich im Ausland. Können Sie erklären, warum Sie meine Adresse brauchen?
Es ist eine Schande für Vodafone, solche Hindernisse einfach aufzustellen.
Bitte senden Sie mir eine Kündigungsbestätigung zu und stornieren Sie die Abbuchung von meinem Konto ab August 2021 als normale Vertragslaufzeit.

I've read your message, but this doesn't change the the already mentioned facts: You did not give notice of termination on time on the contact channels provided for this purpose.
As already mentioned, the fact that your resignation will be confirmed in August 2021 is a sign of goodwill.
It is also not your job to judge why this forum exists here. This community is primarily a moderated forum where users can exchange and support each other. If necessary, we moderators can us to support the users here.
Since the originally request is solved and the contract will end in August 2021, I'll close this thread here.

Hab ich richtig verstanden, dass Du wegen des Umzugs ins Ausland vorzeitig kündigen wolltest?
Ich schau mir das gern an. Schick mir bitte mal eine private Nachricht mit diesen Daten:
- Kundennummer
- Name, Vorname
- vollständige Adresse
- Geburtsdatum

Since you wrote that you speak English, we will be happy to help you in English.
I looked at your customer account: the first confirmed termination was correct. Until June 2021, we did not receive a timely notice on the contact channels provided for this purpose.
Please pay attention to the choice of contact in the future, so that there are no discrepancies. You will find the appropriate contact channels in your contract documents.
The notice itself was processed two days ago out of goodwill to August 2021 and will be confirmed in writing in the next few days.

Thank you for your feedback.
Probably you have not read my message. The termination was not correct, because I have terminated the contract
on April 2021 and contract period is August, which is more than 3 months in advance. So, correct temination date
is on August 2021 not in August 2022.
I do not know why you have not received my termination email, because I have received confirmation that my email is received. I have also provided these emails as an evidence to Vodafone several times. So, please, check your system and improve customer care, because this is not a fair behavior. I had to send around 10 email, do several call, write in community and whatsapp to finally achieve my rights.
I do not know why this "community exist" because as I see you have not check my request in detail, just replied me the same ... as before.

The notice period for moving to an area not served or abroad begins on the day on which the move took place or, if that happens later, on the day on which the move was reported and verified.
When did you move? Have you submitted a copy of the official de-registration certificate?
