Hi Team, I moved in the same building, same floor just next door. There is only DSl connection available in my new apartment. How can I move my cable interent to DSL easily? Can you please guide me asap as I am struggling for internet.
You don't have to switch to DSL for the time being. If you have moved to the same building, then cable will still be available in the new apartment. Have you already ordered your move via the move tool in the customer portal? The colleagues can then also commission a technician to look at the whole thing on site.
