I want to switch my internet from cable to DSL due to high latency cable issues. But all the support staff drop the phone when I start speaking English, so I decided to switch to another provider who can provide it in an easier way, but Vodafone responded with the switching date in 2027. So the question is: how to do it earlier? Maybe by sticking with Vodafone.

« So... two years there was no problem? »
No, but only recently I needed a more stable internet with less packet loss.
Isn't it a valid reason to give me opportunity to switch internet type?

No, because the definition of "stable" varies to much.
Packetloss - do you have a pingplotter of that?
Using Wifi or LAN connection?
Post the signal levels.
Find them under: Internet > Cable Information > Channels
There is a way to get a change in technology but there has to be an unsolvable problem with your connection.
That requieres support tickets etc... the whole process.
And then its no guarantee VF will do it.
