Hallo, Ich brauche eine feste IPv4-Adresse für mein Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable.
Ich spreche kein Deutsch. Wenn mir jemand auf Englisch helfen könnte, wäre das perfekt.
Danke!

This is only available in a business tariff.
Best regards Kurt

I read somewhere that it can be enable in the normal tariff by paying a small fee. Is this not available anymore?

No. As I said, this is only possible with a business tariff.
Best regards Kurt

I guess you asked for a public IPv4-Adress (dualstack) instead of DS-lite.
If you mean this, please give me your state and your contract speed

That's it. I live in Berlin 10179, contract speed is 1000Mb.

In the area of Vodafone Deutschland GmbH you can get a publicly accessible IPv4 address in the private customer area exclusively with your own device (cable modem & router or cable router / Fritzbox Cable) or you can switch the cable router to bridge mode and connect your own router to LAN1. With the 2nd option (bridge mode) you are then on the road with IPv4 only.

How do I get the public IPv4 address? Is there a howto?

You will get the publicly accessible IPv4 address as written in my previous post - either you activate your own device, then you can choose whether you use IPv4 only, dual stack or DS lite or you put the Vodafone station in bridge mode and receive it on the downstream router IPv4 only.

I didn't find any options on my device (Fritzbox) to enable the IPv4. Is there a help guide?
