I want to cancel my contract

Hello, 

I want to cancel the contract as soon as possible., Since I am still in the 30 days period after signing the contract So according to the rules I can cancel it without the extra payment. I am not satisfied the vodafone service. I am a english speaker so can' talk to customer care on phone. I tried several times but there is no way.
