I'm sorry, you didn't receive a cancellation confirmation, just the automatic confirmation of receipt. And since Vodafone has no officially communicated email channel in the cable division other than for revocation, I'm afraid that no one has read and/or processed your email.
Contact the Vodafone service on Facebook or Twitter (now X), they will also help you in English.

I was confirm 24th of July. That mean i only have to pay for August. Why you still charge me for moving as well. As I already had a new contract under my wife name.

Thank you for your advices. I will do that now. Does that means, my contract was not terminated and they keep charging me. Really tricky company.

Besides of that...
You cannot cancel your contract just because you move -- you can only cancel it in case the contract cannot be fullfilled at the new location. If it can be fulfilled -no matter if there are other contracts or not- your contract will move with you (in accordance with the Telecommunications law).

First, forget about the moving. I think it should be possible to cancel the contract at any point. I already used this for 2 years, I should have my right to cancel the contract within 30 days notice. In the invoice, it is written something like "Kundigungsfrist 30 Tage" and "Kuendigungseingang jederzeit möglich".
As i understand from what you were saying. I like I will be tight to this terrible company forever. I will not able to use other provider or not to use internet whenever I move in Germany and they will charge me everymont for the service that I don't use.

As @Torsten recommended. I contacted Vodafone service via Facebook. They support me in English. The mistake was from their side and they are going to correct it. You may have to wait for a while (I waited 12 hours) till they reply you. I am not quite happy with what 's happen but I can be relax now.
