Hi,
I can't seem to connect to the internet anymore. My cable router shows a flashing red light above internet.
Any advice is welcome!

Hello,
I'm afraid I don't understand you. I haven't contacted any new providers yet, as I am waiting for a confirmation from Vodafone that my contract will be cancelled - I'd hate to be paying for internet twice. Also, I have no landline phone, only a mobile, and my mobile contract has never been with Vodafone.

of course you'll get a refund for February. There will be an extra invoice with a credit note, which will be transferred to your bank account.
