Hello everyone, first let me apologize writing in English, i just moved to Germany and just started learn Deutsch.

My problem is the following: 

I ordered a cable internet. The contract was confirmed, the device was sended, but was not received by me due to... i have no idea why, maybe incorrect addres on the parcel or something like this. Parcel was sended back. And since the day when parcel has been received by Vodafone - my contract was activated. I receiving conbgradulation letters and bills. But i have no posibility to use the connection without device. Could anybody please suggest, how to get help from the Company in english or how to solve my issue and get my device?

Have you already contacted our hotline regarding the hardware you did not receive? You will find the phone number on your invoice. If so, what did my colleagues tell you?
