English Support: Wrong contract signed in shop (Cable instead of GigaCube) + Technical Impossibility

Hello Vodafone Team,
I need urgent assistance from a forum moderator in English regarding my Vodafone Customer Number: XXX .
Last week, I visited a retail store to sign up for a mobile GigaCube line. However, due to misrepresentation/false advice by the store agent, I was mistakenly signed up for a fixed-line Cable Internet contract instead.
Furthermore, I have checked my apartment walls thoroughly. I have a standard DSL port (TAE socket) , but I do not have a 3-port multimedia cable socket. I only have an old 2-port TV socket.
The router hardware package was sent by mail and is currently sitting unclaimed at a DHL pickup store. I am not picking it up so that it automatically logs as 'Return to Sender' back to your central warehouse.

The store agent completely mismatched my request. I asked for a mobile GigaCube , but they booked a fixed Cable contract which is physically impossible to plug in here. Because the line cannot be provisioned on this 2-port TV socket and the hardware is currently being returned to sender by DHL, I request a complete technical cancellation of the cable contract immediately .

Thank you for your help.

First: you are in a customer-to-customer only forum, neither contact to nor support by Vodafone are available here. The 2-port socket does not mean that cable isn’t available, there are adapters or you report that selfinstall failed - in that case VF will send a technician to switch the socket to a 3-port one at no cost. That the contract was accepted already shows that a connection is available.

A contract made in a real store does not come with a right of withdrawal.

For support in English use WhatsApp. From the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agents. Response times can very, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order. The WhatsApp number is 0172 1217212

unfortunatly you don*t have a right by law to cancel contract.

Ask warehouse.

Dear Vodafone Team / Moderators,
I tried to upload the photo of my wall socket, but the forum system keeps giving me a technical upload error.
Please note that I have a photo of my wall socket ready. It clearly shows a 2-port TV antenna wall box with no data/multimedia port. A Cable internet router cannot physically be plugged in here.
Please open a secure private message channel with me so I can send you my address details and send this image directly to a moderator.
Thank you.
