Hello,
We are moving out to the new house. but i would like to keep my Vodafone contract and all current settings with me to the new address (already checked, Vodafone services present to the new address as well). I already requested the Vodafone team to arrange a call to understand the procedure and requirement. So far I have only received the contract termination confirmation but nothing else. Can someone from the Vodafone moderator team, help me to forward my request to the concerned team?

All you have to do in your new apartment is connect your cable router to the multimedia socket, everything else will run by itself.

we are currently receiving a lot of enquiries, so it will take a few days before we get back to you.
Your move has been scheduled for 26.11.2021. on this date, the address will be changed in the system. You can still use your connection at the new address.

I do understand you guys must be busy, But yesterday's call from the Vodafone representative consumed me. As she was confirming, nothing mush documented in the systems in regards to my contract, but the only thing which she confirmed was "Customer Address Wrong"

Can I ask one last question? With the address change to another town, my phone number will be remained the same with the berlin prefix '030'?
Also, the marketing call I received last week offered some special prices for though out the 2-years contract. Could you please confirm, if it already applied to my contract?

Hi Simer,
you will get new phone numbers for the new address. You cannot take the Berlin numbers with you.
Please trust us that the process is now correctly in the system. Please do not accept any offers until the move is complete. We want the move to be done properly in the system first.

May i ask one another question? I received an Umsuz document from Vodafone and it states, the Unzug will cost me 39,99 EUR. But if not wrong, is it supposed to be free ?

No, the move costs € 39.99, that's right. However, the minimum term of your contract does not change either.

Just want to inform you the transfer of connection to our new address should be done or start by 26th of November. But I am trying since morning and its not working. Can you please help to check what exactly happened and by when I will have internet working?
