[ENG] New Kabel contract - still unable to connect

Hello,

 

my contract started on 10.12.2023. I still have not succeeded to connect.

 

I have my own router Fritzbox 6660, and the link https://kabelmodemaktivieren.vodafone.de just gives a blank page. I tried to five my MAC address to technical support, but during the call back I could not understand the solution, due to my lack of German language, so they suggested I write here in English.

 

In any case if someone can lead the way to getting back online, it would be very helpful
