Dear customer support,

 

Upon creating the contract, the customer support told me I can downgrade my contract from 1000 Cable to any other speed within the first 6 months without any extra fees.

 

Hence, I would like to ask for a downgrade from "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" to "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" taking effect soonest -immediately if possible-.

I have marked the switch to the 100 tariff in the system for May 19, 2022. The written confirmation will arrive shortly before the changeover date. Do you have any further questions?

in which contract month are you or since when do you have the contract? Can you also tell us which state you come from?

Then we can mark the change to the 100 tariff in the system at the end of the first 6 months.

Hello moustafa_attia,

 

just briefly: in the future, please avoid writing to us by private message unless you are explicitly asked to do so. Always cry in the post if you want something.

You have asked whether we can bring forward the conversion of the contract to April 19. This is not possible. This is about the change guarantee and there the changeover to a smaller tariff takes place exactly after the 6 months. Your contract started on 19.11.2021 and the 6 months end on 19.05.2022, not on 19.04.2022.
