I would like to decrease my tariff, but was unable to do it by phone, for no english support in all attempts. I would like to reduce my tariff from 1000 to 250.
Also, I would like to double check that my contract won't have any 24months extensions by doing so, since I'm on my first year of the 2 years contract. ( I need confirmation that only the tariff will be reduced and my currenlty contract time will be kept ( 1 year still remaining )

Hi tiarly,
you can find the contract term an conditions in your order confirmation.
If you change to a lower tariff within your downgrade guarantee the contract will not extend another 24 Month. Please also have a look if the Red Internet and Phone 250 Cable is part of this guarantee.

Can you proceed with reducing my tariff for the kable contract? I want to change to the 250 Gb internet instead of 1000. And I've already confirmed I do have the rights to change witohut cost and without adding another contract year.

I've just received the confirmation about my tariff reduction from Vodafone and I'm wondering about this clause:
I've clreay mentioned my previous contracted had a clause after the first year to reduce without any contract extension, which seems not to be the case as per this message above.
Can you update my contract to correctly satisfy no date extensions please?

If you use your switch guarantee and switch your rate up to and including the 6th month, your new contract term is 18 months. Since you switched after that, the term is extended by 24 months.
