Hello,
I have cable internet from Vodafone, the contract ends in a year, but I will move abroad at the end of June.
I have sent an email to kundenservice@unitymedia.de (I'm living in NRW) stating that I want to terminate my contract but didn't get any approval of accepting my statement.
Any thoughts if I should do anything else? How long should I wait?
