Hello,
I am a Unitymedia cable customer. I have terminated my contract. I am given some offers for the extension. Due to my poor German skill I could not have any conversasion. So I wanted to get a call from your English speaking colleague to discuss the offer. (I could not sign up to vodafone from the same email used in Unitymedia account, so I opened this account). Sorry, but your responses are really slow. I could not manage to wait for an offer as the current contract ends very soon. So I had to get a new contract from another company. I may get Unitymedia in future. Thanks for your service.
Can you please tell me how to return the WiFi-router?
