Hello,
I've cancelled my contract long time ago, and thought it would end by November.
But I was charged for December.
Please confirm when my contract will end, and what shall I do with the router.

Happy new year to you.
I'll also provide the whole story in case it helps.
I canceled it at a branch, at Silberhornstr. München.
That was in November 2020.
As a result I lost the offer (19.49€ per month for a year) and paid full amount (49.99€) starting from the 8th month of my subscription (Dec 2020), - I didn't understand why this is happening but a call with customer service explained that it is a punishment because I terminated my contract ! -
I also received 3 emails on March, August and September 2021, telling me to stay and trying to change my mide with offers.
But none of them mentioned the end date, and what shall I do with the Kabel router.
is there a problem with my cancellation ?

And I have good news for you: I found your cancellation from March 2020 which we confirmed to 2 December 2021 by letter. I'll send you a copy of this confirmation via mail.
Unfortunately this cancellation was thrown out of the system. Please don't ask me why. ![]()
But we'll fix that, so that every charge after December 2nd will be refunded.

Please note that I'll return the Router on Friday the 7th of Jan.
According to the official end of contract (2nd of December) I should be charged 100€ for delaying the router..
But for the reason that my cancellation letter didn't reach me until today (5th of Jan) , I hope you won't charge the router amount now, and count the 14 days of return period starting from now on.

you don't have to worry about that. The recovery was automatically extended again. Therefore, no calculation will take place. 🙂
