Hello,
I've cancelled my contract long time ago, and thought it would end by November.
But I was charged for December.
Please confirm when my contract will end, and what shall I do with the router.

If you have submitted a termination, you will also have received a confirmation of termination in which the end of the contract is noted and you will be asked to return the hardware.
If you have not received the confirmation, the cancellation was probably sent to the wrong company. There are two different companies in the cable sector, Vodafone West (ex-Unitymedia) in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Baden Württemberg and Vodafone Germany (ex-Kabel Deutschland) for the rest of the country. Both companies have different addresses and cannot access each other's customer data.

Thank you for replying,
I did the cancellation in one of Vodafone branches.
I received a cancellation confirmation email on March 2021, but they didn't give an end date or a hardware instructions.
I also can't find the end date on meineVodafone page.
Can you please find the information for m?

Have a look in MeinVodafone or on a current invoice, the end of the contract should be listed there.
Otherwise you have to wait a few days until a mod can report here. Only they have insight into the customer accounts. To do this, it would be important to know which federal state you are in.
