I am trying to find out the easiest way to give notice on my cable contract. We move at the end of February 2024 and will want to cancel our contract in line with our relocation. We do not wish to move the contract over to our new residence.
please can some get in touch and I can provide more detail on my customer details etc.

First: you are in a customer-to-customer forum, no individual support is available here.
Is your contract already out of the 24 month minimum period? In that case simply scroll down and choose „Vertrag kündigen“ from the link list at the bottom of this page. If you are still within the first 24 months, your contract will move with you if it is available at the new location without any changes. In that case a move is no legal reason for an early termination. You will have to notify Vodafone of your move, they then will check the availability at the new location. If your exact contract is not available there, Vodafone themselves will terminate the contract.
