Sorry My Deutsch is not good, therefore allow me to write in English. I need to move abroad permenantly and i would like to terminate my internet cable contract ( still not reach 24 months).I have already abmeldung.
I asked Vodafone shop agent how to proceed for cancellation and he informed me that i need to write to kundenservice@unitymedia.de. I written email to kundenservice@unitymedia.de and attached my abmeldung and date to terminate my contract. Unfortunately no response until now from the email.
I tried to call 0800 1721 212 but the agent cannot speak English.
I will moving out from Germany on 11 March 2013, which is another 5 days.
I hope someone can help me in this challenging time.
