Hi all,
I currently submitted a moving form to inform about my moving to new place with Vodafone, but now my moving date is changed to 1 week earlier (from 1/10/2021 to 24/09/2021). What should I do in this case? I tried to reach via hotline number but I can't speak German so it doesn't help.
Also, I accidentally submitted another moving form for the new date (24/09/2021), should I do anything to cancel it?

- your full address
- date of birth
- customer number

Hello I ve tried to call to change from the 04/09 to 03/09 but impossible to contact by phone, I was on the wrong service and when I go on my vodafone I dont find where I can change it ...
