Cancelling my current GigaTV Cable contract and Red Internet & Phone Cable.

Dear Vodafone Team,

 

I would like to cancel my current GigaTV Cable contract and Red Internet & Phone  Cable. I have already sent a mail to wlan-shop@kundenservice.vodafone.com. Are there additional steps I need to take? My contract end on 09.12.2021 and 12.12.2021 respectively.
 
I am also open to negotiating Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable with a new price after my current contract ends. Would it be possible to recieve customer service in English to facilitate this?

The email address used is at least not for cancellations. You have to send this via the contact form in MeinVodafone or in the traditional way by (registered) letter.
After receiving the confirmation of cancellation, you can at least have a tariff change for the Internet & Phone contract to the CableMax 1000 via customer recovery, but unfortunately this is only possible by phone and in German.
