Cancelling Provider Change

Hello,

recently a provider from another company came to offer a product change to which I accepted at the time, after consideration I decided not to proceed with the change and staying with Vodafone. 

I received the contract cancelation email by Vodafone, indicating the last day of contract and stating that the service will continue until the new service is installed.
 Thank you.
I am expecting the letter frrom the other provider in which there is information about how to cancel the process. 
Now I am wondering if this implies my contract with Vodafone will be automatically prolongued or I have to call to ask for the continuation.

Hello George16,

 

please contact customer service as soon as you receive confirmation from the new provider that the contract has been cancelled. They will then see if they still need to cancel the cancellation.
