Hello Team,
I have Vodafone CableMax 1000 internet plan since Oct'21. I have been complaining about the slow internet speed for last three months but there is no solution to it. Attached you will the details of the internet speed I am getting. My laptop is connected to Router through cable. However yesterday I noticed that now Vodafone itself does not offer this plan anymore in my area obviously because the promised speed 500mbits cannot be delivered. Therefore I would request you to kindly cancel my contract so that I can move to a more stable and good internet connection because I am doing home office and I need a good internet connection. Looking ahead to a positive reply. Quick action will be highly appreciated. With Regards Anand

I am sorry that you are having such persistent problems with the connection. This is really not nice. 😞
Unfortunately, I can't decide about an extraordinary cancellation here, because I don't have access to customer data anymore.
Therefore, I would like to ask you to contact my colleagues on Twitter or Facebook. They will be happy to look at everything and find a solution with you.
