Hello,
I am moving abroad and would need to cancel my kabel contract. I have contacted customer support to do this. However I got an email that my contract ends in a year. What do I need to do to proceed with the cancellation in 1 month?

Hi Lars,
Thank you for the advice. I have already done this and received notification that my contract will be cancelled in March 2024. Which is a year and a month after the termination and move date.
Having contacted customer support via facebook as well, I was told it will be terminated in 1 month. However the document I received says otherwise. So I am unsure whether my contract will be cancelled in 30 days or not.
Any additional help would be welcome.

Hello Evleo,
the best thing is to contact them again and have the termination date checked again. They can look at your customer data.
