Cancel Vodafone cable contract

Hi - I need to cancel my cable internet & phone

I have tried many times to find the correct page on your site without success so I am trying this as last resort

3+ years on vodafone. but we are moving from Germany in November and no longer require the service.

Please advise how I can do this?
