I need to cancel my cable internet contract with Vodafone because we are moving somewhere where it’s not possible to use Vodafone.
I see online that I need to call to cancel, however my German is not very good and every time I call they tell me to email customer service.
Can someone recommend how to fix this?

you are welcome to send your notice to kundenservice@unitymedia.de. If we are not available at the new address, then there is a special cancellation right. However, if we are available, the contract can only be terminated at the official end of the contract.
