I have recieved technician charge EUR 99.50. I remember i raised the ticket and technician visit scheduled but technician not visited my flat. I think issue was somewhere outside and fixed. Also in my community others also reported issue. Please check without technician visit my flat why charged EUR 99.50 in my account. Issue was common to our community and your technician visited the next block(even he checked the house who did not raise ticket). 

One more thing if more than one person raised the ticket from our community and only technician visited once then its not fair to charge all the customers. Please check and resolve my query.
