Cable Contract Termination

Hi Team,

Last possible date for my cable internet contract termination notice is 04.07.2021. Therefore, in order to send a request for contract termination in time, I have sent an email today to kundenservice@unitymedia.de notifying request for termination of contract.

When do you think I should expect the termination confirmation for the same request?  also, is notifying via email enough or do I need to do something else too? 

Please clarify and guide further.

Termination by email is sufficient. You can at least see the receipt of the email in MeinVodafone under Messages - My Documents if you have given your customer data (customer number, name and address).
Processing can take a few days, but you will then be confirmed by email.
