Vodafone Kabel - No customer service in english / Simultaneous Contracts

Hello I am trying to find a solution to my problem. I originally had a DSL contract with Vodafone, but I changed to Kabel, which unfortunately doesn't work due to problems in the infraestructure of the building (The technician came and resolved that it is not possible to solve it without changing all the cabling of the building). On top of that they charged me 70 euros for installation without notice. So, I asked a new DSL contract, but Vodafone Kabel doesnt want to cancel the Kabel Internet contract. I tried several times to contact them but Customer Service doenst give me any solution. I am doing homeoffice, therefore is important for me to have internet running. Can you please advise how to proceed?
